Written Fee Agreements

Rigid filing deadlines must be met in prosecuting your case or your rights might be forever lost. In addition, the failure to to accept a severance offer by it’s deadline will cause the offer to expire. Unless you enter into a written fee agreement with the Firm, it is solely your responsibility to determine and track filing and severance offer deadlines. Because Conforto Law Group receives many inquiries, we may not be able to respond to your correspondence.
